Made from 100% Lebanese pomegranates, our Pomegranate Molasses is slowly reduced to create a rich, glossy syrup with the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. We select ripe pomegranates, extract their vibrant juice, then simmer it patiently until it transforms into a concentrated molasses—with no added sugar, no additives, no coloring, and no preservatives.
